Everything you need to know about our peptides and service.
General
What are peptides and what do they do?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as natural messengers in the body, regulating vital processes such as growth, repair, and metabolism. They can support muscle growth, fat loss, skin health, and tissue regeneration by stimulating the body's own biological functions.
What is the purity level of your peptides?
All our peptides meet a minimum purity standard of ≥99%, verified through HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis.
Do you offer Certificates of Analysis (CoAs)?
Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available for all products and are provided upon request.
Where are your peptides manufactured?
Our peptides are produced in GMP-compliant laboratories using high-quality raw materials to ensure consistency and purity.
Do your peptides contain any additives or fillers?
No. All peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form with no fillers or preservatives, unless specifically stated in the product description.
Are your peptides intended for human consumption?
No. Our peptides are sold strictly for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic procedures.
Do you provide technical documentation for each peptide?
Yes. We can provide molecular weight, sequence data, solubility information, and storage guidelines for most compounds upon request.
Why do prices vary between different peptides?
Pricing depends on sequence length, synthesis complexity, and purity level, which can vary significantly between compounds.
How quickly does customer support respond?
We typically respond within 24 hours during business days.
How can I calculate the correct peptide dosage?
Use our free peptide calculator to calculate concentration, injection volume, and insulin units for all popular peptides. Visit the Peptide Calculator in our Tools section.
Handling & Storage
How should I store peptides?
Peptides should be stored as lyophilized powder at -20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within a few days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What does "lyophilized" mean?
Lyophilized means the peptide has been freeze-dried to preserve stability and shelf life. Before use, it must be reconstituted with a suitable solvent like bacteriostatic water.
Why are peptides supplied as a powder instead of liquid?
Peptides are freeze-dried to ensure maximum stability and longer shelf life during storage and transport.
Can peptides be frozen?
Yes. Lyophilized peptides can be stored frozen (-20°C or lower) for long-term stability. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution.
What happens if peptides are left at room temperature?
Short exposure during shipment is fine, but prolonged warmth can accelerate degradation and reduce purity.
How can I tell if a peptide has degraded?
Signs include discoloration, cloudiness, or precipitate formation. Always check before use and consult analytical methods like HPLC for verification.
Are the vials vacuum sealed?
Yes, all vials are vacuum sealed under sterile conditions to prevent contamination and preserve product stability.
What factors influence peptide stability?
Stability is affected by temperature, light exposure, pH, and solvent type. Following proper storage guidelines minimizes degradation.
What is the difference between lyophilized and reconstituted stability?
Lyophilized peptides remain stable for months or years, while reconstituted solutions have a shorter active lifespan and must be refrigerated.
Are all peptides water-soluble?
No. Peptides with hydrophobic amino acid sequences may require organic solvents or pH adjustments to dissolve properly.
