CJC-1295 (No DAC) / Modified GRF (1-29), a short-acting GHRH analog, ~30 min half-life. 2mg vial. HPLC >=99% purity, CoA included. Research use only.
CJC-1295 (No DAC), identical to Modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Unlike the long-acting DAC version, it lacks the albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex, so it does not tether to serum albumin and is therefore short-acting, with a reported plasma half-life of approximately 30 minutes. This page summarizes the preclinical and clinical literature for research use only.
CJC-1295 (No DAC) acts as an agonist at the pituitary GHRH receptor (GHRH-R), a class-B seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor on anterior-pituitary somatotrophs. Binding couples predominantly to Gs and adenylyl cyclase, raising intracellular cAMP, activating PKA, driving CREB phosphorylation and voltage-dependent calcium influx, and triggering exocytosis of stored growth hormone (GH); chronically it also supports Pit-1-mediated GH gene transcription (Mayo 1995). Downstream, pituitary GH release raises hepatic IGF-1.
Supplied as a lyophilized peptide. The figures below reflect vendor and chemical-supplier data (not peer-reviewed) and should be treated as approximate.
Bergdorf Bioscience offers CJC-1295 (No DAC) as a single lyophilized vial for laboratory and research applications.
Each batch is HPLC-tested to confirm a purity of at least 99%, and a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) documents identity, purity, and quality-control results so researchers can verify exactly what they receive.
We ship CJC-1295 (No DAC) worldwide with discreet, protective packaging designed to maintain the integrity of the lyophilized peptide in transit. Orders are processed promptly with reliable tracking, so your research material arrives safely and without hassle.

Every batch is analyzed by an independent laboratory via HPLC before shipment. We document purity (avg. 99.43% in 2026), mass spectrometry identity, and sterility. Production follows GMP standards in ISO-certified laboratories.
CJC-1295 (Mod GRF 1-29) is a synthetic GHRH analog that stimulates the pulsatile release of growth hormone. It is often combined with GHRPs.
Store lyophilized powder in a cool place at 2–8°C. Use promptly after reconstitution.
>=99% purity, HPLC-verified. The Certificate of Analysis is available on our website.
The version without DAC has a short half-life (~30 min) and produces pulsatile GH spikes. With DAC, the effect lasts ~8 days.
